Goat Cheese Makis Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked sushi rice
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 seaweed sheets
- 4 ounces softened goat cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber

Instructions:

- Roll the sushi tightly using the border without rice to seal the roll. With a sharp knife, cut the sushi roll into 5 or 6 pieces.
- Mix soy sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl. Drizzle the sauce over the sushi rolls and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
- Chill the sushi rolls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
