Grape Risotto Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Arborio rice
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large saucepan, bring the stock and wine to a simmer.

- Stir in the remaining tablespoon of butter, grape halves, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
