Greek Toast with Grilled Peppers, Capers and Feta

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of sourdough or ciabatta bread
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 red bell peppers, sliced and seeded
  • 1/4 cup of capers
  • 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill or a grill pan over high heat.
  2. Brush the slices of bread with olive oil and grill them until they are golden brown and crispy.
  3. While the bread is grilling, brush the sliced peppers with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and grill them until they are tender and slightly charred.
