Green Asparagus Mousse with Prawns Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 15 green asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound cooked prawns, peeled and deveined
  • Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

Method:
