Grilled Octopus

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium sized octopus (cleaned and prepared)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
