Half Mourning Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives

Directions:
