Ham and Spinach Sandwich Wraps Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 large spinach tortillas
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Lay out the spinach tortillas on a work surface.
  3. Divide the baby spinach between the tortillas and spread evenly over the surface.
  4. On top of the baby spinach, place one slice of Swiss cheese and two slices of ham per tortilla.
