Horse Mackerel and Kumquat Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 horse mackerel fillets, grilled and sliced
  • 10-12 kumquats, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup arugula leaves
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
