Hot Oysters with Herbs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 24 fresh oysters, shucked and on the half shell
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh tarragon, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan melt butter and garlic over low heat for about a minute.
