Hot Oysters with Herbs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 24 fresh oysters, shucked and on the half shell
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh tarragon, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small saucepan melt butter and garlic over low heat for about a minute.
