Lamb’s Lettuce and Pears with Ricotta Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups lamb’s lettuce
  • 2 ripe pears, sliced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together white wine vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine lamb’s lettuce and sliced pears. Toss well.
