Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, eggs, and milk until smooth.

  12. Refrigerate the cake for at least 30 minutes before serving.
