Lebanese Cream with Orange Blossom Recipe (Mhallalabiyyé)

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of whole milk
  • 1 cup of corn starch
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • ¼ cup of orange blossom water
  • ¼ cup of rose water
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • Pistachios and rose petals for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, mix the corn starch and milk until well combined.
  2. Place the mixture over medium-low heat and stir continuously until it starts to thicken.
