Ingredients:

  • 1 leg of lamb (2-3 lbs)
  • 1 can of white beans (15 oz)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  6. Open and rinse the can of white beans.
  7. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the beans, stirring occasionally while they heat up.
  8. Serve the lamb alongside the beans.
