Lemon and Orange Polenta Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup polenta
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 1 orange, zest and juice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
