Light Chocolate Mousse – Régal

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • ¼ tsp. cream of tartar
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream

Directions:
