Log Passion-Meringue Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup superfine sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup passionfruit puree
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions:
