Lychee and Almond Clafoutis

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can lychees in syrup, drained and pitted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 9-inch baking dish.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, almond flour, sugar, and salt.
