Ingredients:

  • 4 Mackerel fillets
  • 4 Swiss chard leaves, washed and trimmed
  • 1 Small onion, sliced
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive oil, divided
  • 1 Lemon, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
