Madeleines with Two Flavors
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions:

- Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes in the pan.
- Remove the madeleines from the pan and cool on a wire rack.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
