Mango and Lime Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh mango (peeled and cubed)
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions:

  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze overnight or until solid.
  5. To remove the popsicles from the molds, run under hot water for a few seconds, then pull gently on the popsicle stick.
