Mango Cereal Crumble Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup of your favorite cereal (such as granola or muesli)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread the chopped mangoes evenly in a 9-inch square baking dish.
  3. Crumble the cereal on top of the mangoes.
  4. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and brown sugar until well combined.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the flour mixture. Use a fork to mix the ingredients until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the cereal-topped mangoes.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown and the mangoes are tender.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow the mango cereal crumble to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
