Marinated Squid Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of squid, cleaned and cut into rings
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, parsley, salt, and pepper.
