Maroilles Tortellini with Seasonal Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of fresh Tortellini (Cheese or Meat)
  • 250g of Maroilles cheese, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 250g of mixed seasonal mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 50g of butter
  • 100ml of heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Boil the Tortellini according to the package instructions.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil on medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, sauté for 5 minutes until mushrooms are softened and golden brown.
  3. Reduce the heat to low, add the diced Maroilles cheese, butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper into the pan. Stir constantly until the cheese is melted and mixed thoroughly with the cream sauce.
