Marshmallow Chocolate Bunnies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of large marshmallows
  • 1 bag of white chocolate chips
  • 1 bag of milk chocolate chips
  • Pink food coloring
  • Small candy eyes
  • Pink candy hearts
  • Popsicle sticks
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips in a bowl in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted.
  2. Add a few drops of pink food coloring to the melted white chocolate and stir until the mixture is light pink in color.
  3. Take a large marshmallow and insert a popsicle stick into the bottom of it.
  4. Dip the marshmallow into the melted pink chocolate mixture, using a spoon to fully coat it.
  5. Place the marshmallow on a sheet of parchment paper and let it cool completely.
  6. Melt the milk chocolate chips in a bowl in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted.
  7. Using a spoon, drizzle the melted milk chocolate over the top of the marshmallow bunny, creating the ears and the bunny face.
  8. Place two candy eyes and a pink candy heart nose onto the bunny’s face using the melted milk chocolate as glue.
  9. Repeat steps 3-8 for the remaining marshmallows.
  10. Let the marshmallow chocolate bunnies cool and harden on the parchment paper until they are fully set.
