Melon and Red Fruit Terrine Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 small ripe melon
- 1 pint of raspberries
- 1 pint of strawberries
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of water
- 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin
- Mint leaves for decoration (optional)
Instructions:
- Slice the melon in half and scoop out the seeds.
