Melon Gazpacho

Ingredients:

  • 1 large ripe cantaloupe, peeled and seeded
  • 1 large tomato, cored and chopped
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 small red bell pepper, cored and chopped
