Melon Gazpacho
Ingredients:
- 1 large ripe cantaloupe, peeled and seeded
- 1 large tomato, cored and chopped
- 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 small red bell pepper, cored and chopped
