Mexican Spicy Pork Tortillas Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound pork shoulder, cut into small pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8-10 flour tortillas

Instructions
