Milk Cocoa Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of butter

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat, making sure it doesn’t boil.
  2. Add the cocoa powder and sugar, and whisk until fully combined and dissolved.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and continue to whisk for 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly and becomes smooth.

  7. Repeat this process until all slices of bread are coated with the cocoa mixture and have been turned into a sandwich.
  8. Place the sandwiches in a pan over medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.
