Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • Whipped cream, for filling

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg yolk and milk. Set aside.
