Millefeuille with Strawberries
Ingredients:
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface to form a large rectangle.
- Cut the rectangle into 3 equal parts and prick each one with a fork.

- Repeat with the remaining two pastry sheets, whipped cream and strawberry mixture, stacking them on top of each other.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
