Mimosa Egg Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
