Mini-Tatin Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6-8 small red apples, pared and cored
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 sheet ready-made puff pastry, thawed
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a heavy skillet, melt butter and brown sugar together. Cook over low heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved and mixture is bubbling.
