Nectarine Tart Recipe

This delicious nectarine tart is perfect for any occasion or dessert. It’s easy to make and a definite crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 4-5 ripe nectarines
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and slice the nectarines into thin pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sugar, flour, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Add the nectarines to the bowl and mix until all the nectarines are coated in the sugar mixture.
  5. Place the pie crust into a 9-inch tart pan. Make sure to press the edges against the pan.
  6. Pour the nectarine mixture into the pie crust.
  7. Add the small pieces of butter on top of the nectarines.
  8. Bake the tart in the oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the nectarines are cooked through.
  9. Let the tart cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
