Nectarine Tart Recipe
This delicious nectarine tart is perfect for any occasion or dessert. It’s easy to make and a definite crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 4-5 ripe nectarines
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and slice the nectarines into thin pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the sugar, flour, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add the nectarines to the bowl and mix until all the nectarines are coated in the sugar mixture.
- Place the pie crust into a 9-inch tart pan. Make sure to press the edges against the pan.
- Pour the nectarine mixture into the pie crust.
- Add the small pieces of butter on top of the nectarines.
- Bake the tart in the oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the nectarines are cooked through.
- Let the tart cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
