Nectarines, Peaches and Apricots Roasted with Thyme Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3-4 ripe nectarines, pitted and sliced
- 3-4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 3-4 ripe apricots, pitted and sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
