Niçoise Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 5 small tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup of black olives, pitted and halved
  • 1/4 cup of green beans
  • 2 boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup of anchovies
  • 1/4 of a red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup of capers
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar

Instructions:
