Noilly Prat Sorbet with Strawberries and Wild Strawberries
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Noilly Prat (French vermouth)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh wild strawberries
Instructions:
- In a medium-sized pot, combine Noilly Prat, water, and sugar. Bring mixture to a boil and let it boil for a minute or two.
- Remove pot from stove and let the mixture cool down completely.

- To serve, scoop the sorbet into bowls and top with the chopped strawberries and wild strawberries.
