Nougatine Tartlet and Chocolate Mousse Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 100g sugar
- 50g chopped almonds
- 150g dark chocolate
- 50g unsalted butter
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Bake the Tartlets
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Cut the puff pastry sheet into circles and place them in a muffin tin.

4. Assemble the Tartlets
- Fill each nougatine tartlet with the chocolate mousse mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
