Orange and Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line muffin tin with 12 paper liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, orange zest, orange juice, and buttermilk.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix until just combined.
- Add chocolate chips and gently fold into the batter.
- Divide the batter into the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
