Oysters with Brown Butter Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 12 fresh oysters, shucked and meat removed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 lemon, cut into wedges
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
