Pancakes with Honey, Mangoes and Lemon Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 mango, sliced
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg and melted butter.

- In a small bowl, mix together honey and lemon zest.
- Serve pancakes topped with sliced mangoes and drizzled with honey and lemon mixture.
