Paris Brest Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
