Passion Fruit Jam Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 passion fruits
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cut passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp. Measure 1 1/2 cups of pulp.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine passion fruit pulp, sugar, water, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
  3. Place saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally until jam thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Pour jam into sterilized jars and let cool completely before refrigerating. Jam will thicken further as it cools.
