Pasta with Burrata Cream and Smoked Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz. pasta
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz. burrata cheese, cut into pieces
  • 4 oz. smoked salmon, cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set it aside.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
