Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 zucchinis, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
