Patatas Bravas Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the sauce:
    • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 tbsp paprika
    • A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions:
