Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the sauce:
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp paprika
- A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions:
