Ingredients:

  • 6-8 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup blackcurrants
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
