Peach Melba Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 1/2 cup raspberry sauce
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Peel the peaches and cut them in half, discarding the pits.
  2. Place the peaches in a pot of boiling water for 1-2 minutes, or until the skin starts to soften.
