Peach, Pistachio and Honey Blancmange
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/2 cup of roasted pistachios
- 1/2 cup of chopped fresh peaches
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 2 envelopes (4 1/2 teaspoons) of gelatin
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Heat the milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Once the mixture is warm, remove from heat.
- In a separate bowl, combine 1/4 cup of cold water with the gelatin and whisk until it has completely dissolved. Add the gelatin mixture to the warm milk mixture and stir well.

- Pour the mixture into a mold and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until it has set.
