Peaches Stuffed with Wild Strawberries, Lemon-Basil Jelly Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe peaches
  • ½ pint wild strawberries, trimmed and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon powdered gelatin
  • 1 cup water
  • 8-10 basil leaves, finely chopped
