Pear-chocolate meringue gratin
Ingredients
- 3 medium-sized pears, peeled and sliced
- 75g dark chocolate, chopped
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8-inch gratin dish.
